GB/T 13772.4-2008 is the Chinese national standard on textiles - determination of the slippage resistance of yarns at a seam in woven fabrics - part 4: friction method, in the field of textile and leather technology. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 18 June 2008 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 March 2009. Classification: ICS 59.080.30, CCS W04. This page is published from the official record of the standard held by the Chinese standards administration: the identification, the dates, the classification and the issuing body are taken from there. The clause text, the tables and the numeric limits are in the document itself, which is delivered complete in English translation.

Foreword
GB/T 13772 "textile yarns at a seam in woven fabrics - Determination of anti-slip" includes the following four parts.
--- Part 1. Fixed amount of slip method;
--- Part 2. Fixed load method;
--- Part 3. Needle clamp method;
--- Part 4. friction law. This section GB/T Part of 413,772. This Part replaces GB/T 13772.3-1992 "fabrics Determination of slippage resistance of yarns rubbing method." This portion GB/T 13772.3-1992 main technical differences are as follows: 1. Increase in terms of sample pre-treatment; 2. Chapter 3 adds three terms; 3. Chapter 4 principle has been modified; 4. Chapter 7 test atmospheric conditions have been modified; 5. Delete the original Appendix B particularity test; 6. Examples Appendix B to increase the sample clip. Appendix A of this section and Appendix B is an informative annex. This part is proposed by the China Textile Industry Association. This part of the National Standardization Technical Committee on Basic Standards Subcommittee Textiles (SAC/TC209/SC1) centralized. 3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this part of the GB/T 13772 of.
3.1 Uniform fabric surface due to external friction leaving the warp (or weft) to slip on another system yarn deformed and form Gap phenomenon.
3.2 Warp vertical to the rubbing direction, to move on the weft yarn.
3.3 Weft rubbing direction perpendicular to the warp yarn to produce movement.
3.4 The maximum width of the fabric yarns slip formed gap. Principle 4 A pair of friction rollers at a predetermined pressure Relative sample holder with a certain tension, friction roller and the sample at a constant speed for relative unidirectional friction, Fabric yarn slip deformation occurs uniformly status determined by a predetermined number of samples after rubbing friction yarn slip deformation zone, namely slip amount to Measure the resistance of yarns in the fabric slip deformation properties.
