Foreword
This standard uses the translation method is equivalent to using ISO 9862:2005 "Geosynthetics sampling and sample preparation." This standard ISO 9862:2005 compared with the following editorial changes.
--- Normative references to international standards in the file are replaced by the corresponding national standards;
--- Delete the note range of content.
This standard replaces GB/T 13760-1992 "Geotextiles sampling and sample preparation." This standard compared with GB/T 13760-1992 the main differences are as follows.
--- Standard name was changed to "geosynthetics sampling and sample preparation";
--- Increasing the normative references;
--- Extend the application range from "geotextile" to "Geosynthetics";
--- Sampling and sample preparation step refinement;
--- Increased 3.2.2 Note 1, 2;
--- Increase the informative Appendix A.
Appendix A of this standard is the data appendix.
The standard proposed by China Textile Industry Association.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee on Basic Standards Subcommittee Textiles (SAC/TC209/SC1) centralized.
This standard is mainly drafted by. Southern Textile Industry Science and Technology Test Center, Textile Industry Research Institute of Standardization.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of sampling of geosynthetics and method of preparing the sample.
The standard sampling method is applicable to geosynthetics package supply.
Sample preparation method of this standard are applicable to all geosynthetics.

3 Steps
3.1 Sampling
Select the 3.1.1 package
3.1.1.1 For each test product, the number of samples by the agreement between the parties concerned (see Appendix A).
3.1.1.2 In addition to the relevant requirements of the test, the selected package should be no damage, intact shape into a package.
3.1.2 Clipping samples
3.1.2.1 cut before samples were taken, the relevant test standard should obtain information about the number, shape, and any other requirements of the specimen.
3.1.2.2 Volume Header should not take two loaded samples do.
3.1.2.3 in the package perpendicular to the machine direction (production direction, that is wound in the longitudinal direction) and cut the entire width direction of the sample, the sample to be Long enough to obtain the required number of samples. According to the standard method of sample preparation (see 3.2).
3.1.2.4 Except as provided in 3.1.1.2, the sample should not damage specified in section 3.2.4, it should be avoided to take part in these injuries Like; or clipping large enough sample to obtain a number of samples needed.
3.1.3 Labeled samples
By labeling the sample GB/T 14798 requirements.
3.2 Sample Preparation
3.2.1 When sampling and sampling, samples should be taken to ensure its physical state does not change before the test. For example, clay impervious geotextile to maintain a certain moisture content in the film should be sampled.
3.2.2 As temporarily cut sample taken, samples should be stored in a dry, clean, dark place to prevent contamination by chemical etching and mechanical damage.
Note 1. The sample can be rolled up, but can not be folded.
Note 2. GB R-R sample neither rolled nor folded.
3.2.3 for each test sample, the sample should be evenly and cut the length and width directions, and from the edge of the sample at least 100mm.
3.2.4 Except as provided in 3.1.1.2, and cut the specimen should be uniform, not dirt, creases, holes or other in the production process Produced visual defects.
3.2.5 with a trial, unless the test standard requires otherwise, should be avoided at least two samples and the same longitudinal or transverse to the position. If unavoidable (such as narrow package) should be indicated in the test report.
3.2.6 In addition to the need to take additional samples, the sample should be cut taken along the longitudinal and transverse directions. Marked longitudinal sample when needed, on a sample of longitudinal Tags also need to mark on the sample, or the sample respectively vertical and horizontal placed separately to avoid confusion.
