GB/T 13576.2-2008 is the Chinese national standard on buttress threads with the flank angles of 3 and 30 degrees - part 2: general plan, in the field of mechanical systems and components. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 30 July 2008 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 February 2009. 4 Series and its diameter and pitch selection
Diameter and pitch serrated thread standard combination series in Table 1. Table 1, the preferred diameter of the first series, followed by selection of the diameter of the second series. New product design, should not use tables inside diameter of 1 third series. In Table 1, the diameter should be selected in the same row of the pitch. Preferred pitch thick black box. If you want a table outside a predetermined pitch, the selection of the diameter of the table near the corresponding pitch.
5 Thread marks
Mark Standard serrated thread by thread features of the code "B", the nominal value mm diameter and lead of the pitch, code-named "P" and pitch mm M values. Nominal with "×" devided between the diameter of the lead; pitch code "P" and the pitch values in parentheses. Single Line serrated Thread, mark it should be omitted parentheses portion (codenamed pitch "P" and the pitch value). The standard left-handed serrated thread, should be added to its left-hand mark, code-named "LH". Right-handed serrated thread does not label its rotation code. Mark example. Nominal diameter 40mm, lead and pitch right-handed singlet serrated thread marks 7mm is. B40 × 7; Nominal diameter 40mm, lead is 14mm, pitch right-handed double serrated thread marks 7mm is. B40 × 14 (P7); Nominal diameter 40mm, lead and pitch to left-handed singlet serrated thread marks 7mm is. B40 × 7LH.
