Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting. This document is Part 1 of GB/T 13575 "Common and narrow V-belt drives". GB/T 13575 has issued the following parts.

1.Datum width system;

2.Effective width system. This document replaces GB/T 13575.1-2008 "Ordinary and Narrow V-belt Drives Part

1.Reference Width System", and GB/T 13575.1- Compared with.2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Changed some symbols. top width b is changed to W, pitch width bp is changed to WP, height h is changed to T, wheel groove pitch width bd is changed to Wd, groove angle psi is changed to alpha, the center distance a is changed to C, the wrap angle alpha is changed to theta, and the wrap angle coefficient Kalpha is changed to Ktheta (see Figure 1, Figure 2,

1 Scope

GB/T 13575.1-2022 is the Chinese national standard on classical and narrow v-belt drivespart 1: system based on datum width, in the field of mechanical systems and components. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 30 December 2022 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 July 2023.
