Scope

GB/T 13331-2014 is the English-translated version of 土方机械 液压挖掘机 起重量.

GB/T 13331-2014 deals with the lift capacity of hydraulic excavators, as part of the standards for earth-moving machinery. It provides a uniform method for calculating the lift capacity and for checking it by test, including the determination of the hydraulic lift limit, the tipping load limit and the rated lift capacity.

Its contents list terms and definitions such as load, lift point, lift point height and lift point radius. It applies to hydraulic excavators as defined in ISO 7135.

This edition added and removed some normative references, changed some terms and definitions, added further ones, and modified part of the calculation method. Issued on 24 July 2014 and applicable from 1 January 2015, it replaces GB/T 13331-2005.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 13331-2005 "moving machinery - Hydraulic excavator from the weight." This standard and GB/T 13331- Compared to 2005, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Add and remove some of the normative references;

--- Modify a number of terms and definitions (see 3.2, 3.3 and 311 in 2005, version 3.2 and 3.9.);

--- Increasing the number of terms and definitions (see 3.11.3,3.14,3.15,3.16,3.17 and 3.18);

--- Modify the part of the calculation method (see 41, 2005 version 4.1.);

--- Removed some test requirements (see 2005 5.3.6);

--- Modify the part of the test requirements (see 5.3.7,5.3.9 and 54, 2005 edition of the 5.4, 5.5.);

--- Modifications and additions about the graphics [Figure 2, Figure 3a) and Figure 3b), 2005 edition of Figures 2 and 3];

This standard uses the translation method identical with ISO 10567:2007 "moving machinery - Hydraulic excavator from the weight" (in English).

Correspondence between the consistency of the standards of international documents and normative references of the following documents.

--- GB/T 6572-2014 moving machinery - Hydraulic excavators - Terminology and commercial specifications (ISO 7135:2009, IDT)

--- GB/T 21153-2007 moving machinery size, performance and parameters of units and the measurement accuracy (ISO 9248:1992, MOD) The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

1 Scope

This standard provides a uniform method to calculate the weight of the hydraulic excavator from the calculated value and validate test procedures, including hydraulic excavators fluid Pressure from the weight limit and the machine tipping over from the weight limit and rated the determination.

This standard applies to ISO 7135 definition of a hydraulic excavator.

2 Normative references

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Load

Applied to the lifting points of force, including the quality of attachment.

3.2 Lifting points lift point

specified by the manufacturer of the load application or location located bucket attachment bracket. See Figure 1a).

NOTE: For loading bucket or attachment bracket, do not have a bucket cylinder fully extended.

3.3 Lifting points lift point

located pole mount bucket bucket pin center line. Figure 1b).

3.4 Point lifting height

From the ground reference plane (GRP) to enhance the vertical distance between points. see picture 1.

3.5 Lifting points radius

From the machine back to the vertical axis rigging ropes or horizontal distance. see picture 1.
