Foreword

GB/T 12529 "Graphic Symbols and Codes for Grain and Oil Industry" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. General part;

--- Part 2. Rice milling industry;

--- Part 3. Milling industry;

--- Part 4. Oil industry;

--- Part 5. Warehousing industry. This part is the fifth part of GB/T 12529. This part replaces GB/T 12529.5-1990 "Graphic symbols for grain and oil industry, code storage industry". The main technical differences between this part and GB/T 12529.5-1990 are as follows:

--- Change the standard name to "Graphic Symbols for Grain and Oil Industry, Code Part 5. Warehousing Industry";

--- Revised the bulk truck (rollover), bulk truck (backward), mobile grain absorbing machine, fixed grain absorbing machine, wing wheel type tamping machine, spiral glutinous machine, snail 8 items such as the clearance machine and the scraper clearance machine;

This section applies to the process flow chart in the field of grain and oil storage and other related fields. This section does not specify items that are not generally expressed in the process flow diagram and those that have been included in GB/T 12529.1.

2 Normative references

3 General regulations

3.1 The graphical symbols and codes specified in this section relate to all aspects of the grain and oil storage production line, as well as various stand-alone machines other than the production line.

3.2 The graphical symbols specified in this section follow the requirements of GB/T 16900 and GB/T 16901.1, using a 0.5M grid system. design.

3.3 When the graphic symbols specified in this part are used, the existing graphic symbols can be made in the same proportion or different proportions in different directions according to the needs. With proper adjustment, the adjusted graphic symbol should be able to completely convey the information of the original graphic.

3.4 The direction of the graphical symbols specified in this section can be rotated by an angle or mirrored as needed, but the text cannot be inverted.

3.5 The drawing of the graphical symbols specified in this section shall be drawn in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB 4457.4, and if necessary, with other relevant line types. use When a computer plotter draws or prints from a printer, the thickness of each line type can change.

3.6 The graphic symbols not specified in this part and GB/T 12529.1 shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national standards or industry standards. National standard When the industry standard is not specified, it can be drawn by itself according to the principle of simple and clear, reflecting the main characteristics of the real thing.

3.7 The terminology in this section is performed in accordance with LS/T 1101.

3.8 This section assigns the corresponding code to each major according to the professional classification of the food industry, and the code uses one of the professional names to reflect one of the characteristics. The letters indicate that the letters are capitalized. Each professional code is. General T; Milled Rice M; Milling F; Grease Y; Storage C.
