GB/T 10992.1-2008Engineering electrostatic copiers (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 10992.3-2008 "Electrostatic Copiers - Part 3: Copiers for Engineering Drawings", and GB/T 10992.3-Compared with 2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Normative references such as GB 1002-1996 are deleted (see Chapter 2 of the 2008 edition);

b) Normative references such as GB/T 9969 and GB/T 13384 have been added (see Chapter 2);

c) Changed the term "engineering drawing xerography" (see 3.1, 3.1 of the 2008 edition);

d) Added the terms and definitions of "large-format multifunction machine" (see 3.2);

e) The terms of Maximum Copy Paper Width, Maximum Copy Length, Maximum Feed Skew, Abnormal Print, and Maximum Copy Format are deleted.

and definitions (see 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 of the 2008 edition);

f) Changed the temperature requirements in the working voltage and general environmental conditions (see 4.2, 4.2 of the 2008 edition);

g) Changed the free fall height in the drop test (see 4.3 Table 1, 4.3 Table 1 of the 2008 edition);

h) Added the test conditions for constant damp heat in Table 1 (see Table 1 in 4.3);

i) Modified and deleted power plugs, sockets or cord assemblies, grounding performance, safety interlocks and other safety performance requirements and safety Ability to test (see 4.5, 5.4, 4.5, 5.5 of the 2008 edition);

j) Added safety performance requirements and performance inspections for grounding resistance and touch current (see 4.5.2, 4.5.3, 5.4.2, 5.4.3);

k) Deleted the performance requirements and performance inspection of the maximum copy width and rated power (see 4.6.4, 4.6.6, 5.6.4, 2008 edition 5.6.6);

l) Changed the technical requirements for print quality such as image density, bottom ash, resolution, fixing firmness, density non-uniformity (see Table 2 in 4.7,

4.8.3 Table 3 of the 2008 edition);

m) Added the technical requirements for the quality of printed products for black points, white points and layers (see Table 2 in 4.7);

n) Deleted the technical requirements for the quality of printed products with diagonal errors and missing printing (see 4.8.3 Table 3 of the 2008 edition);

o) The technical requirements for operation assessment of paper feeding failure and running time have been changed (see Table 3 in 4.8, Table 2 in the 2008 edition);

p) Changed the environmental protection requirements for ozone and dust, and the detection methods for noise, ozone and dust (see 4.10.2, 4.10.3, 5.9.1, 5.9.2, 5.9.3, 4.10.2, 4.10.3, 5.10.1, 5.10.2, 5.10.3 of the 2008 edition);

q) The environmental protection requirements and environmental protection tests for styrene are deleted (see 4.10.4 and 5.10.4 of the 2008 edition);

r) Changed the requirements for the beta version in the test method (see 5.1.3, 5.2 of the 2008 edition);

s) Changed the printed product sampling inspection table and inspection item table (see Table 4 and Table 5, Table 4 and Table 5 of the 2008 edition);

t) Deleted the requirement for product storage period (see 7.3.4 of the 2008 edition);

u) Added normative Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C (see Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C).

1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and consumption of xerographic copiers for engineering drawings Material.

This document is applicable to xerographic copiers for engineering drawings using black or blue toner, heat fusing, plain paper, A0 size and below (below Referred to as "product"), the large-format multi-function machine of electrostatic imaging method is implemented with reference.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 13963-2012 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

The copy size is above A3, and the electrostatic copier is Class I anti-electric shock protection.

A machine with two or more functions, such as printing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc., with a format above A3.

Note. The simple copy function of the fax machine is not a kind of multi-function.
