GB/T 10429-2021 is the English-translated version of 单级向心涡轮液力变矩器 型式和基本参数.
GB/T 10429-2021 fixes the types and the basic parameters of single-stage centripetal turbine torque converters.
It gives the terms and definitions, the types into which these converters are divided and the basic parameters of each - the circle diameter, the nominal torque and speed and the characteristic figures that go with them - so that a converter can be selected and replaced by its designation.
It applies to the single-stage centripetal turbine torque converters used in construction machinery, hoisting and conveying machinery, forestry skidders, mining machinery and oilfield machinery.
Converter makers and machine builders use it. It replaces GB/T 10429-2006, was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
This document replaces GB/T 10429-2006 "Single-stage Centripetal Turbine Torque Converter Types and Basic Parameters", and GB/T 10429- Compared with:2006, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
--- Changed terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the:2006 edition);
--- Changed the content of the basic parameters (see 4.2, 4.2 of the:2006 edition).
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters of single-stage centrifugal turbine torque converters.
This document is applicable to single-stage centrifugal turbine torque converters used in construction machinery, hoisting and transportation, forestry skidding, mining and oilfield machinery.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 3858 and GB/T 10856 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Pump impeller nominal torque
In the variable torque section of the traction working area, when the speed of the pump wheel is equal to 1000 r/min and the highest efficiency working condition in the high speed ratio area, the amount of energy absorbed by the pump wheel moment, see formula (1). MBeta (nB/1000)2 (1) where.
MBg---Nominal torque of pump impeller, the unit is Newton meter (N m);
MBeta---In the torque variable section of the traction working area, the pump impeller speed is equal to nB and the force absorbed by the pump impeller under the highest efficiency working condition in the high speed ratio area Moment, the unit is Newton-meter (N m); nB --- pump wheel speed, the unit is revolutions per minute (r/min).
3.2 Effective diameter
Maximum diameter of the circulating circle (or working chamber).

4.1 Type
