Introduction

The structure of safety standards in the mechanical field is as follows.

a) Type A standards (safety basic standards), giving the basic concepts, design principles and general characteristics applicable to all machinery.

b) Type B standards (safety general standards), involving one (or more) safety features or one type (or more types) of machinery with a wide range of use

The safety protection device.

1) Class B1, specific safety features (such as safety distance, surface temperature and noise) standards;

2) Class B2, safety devices (such as two-hand control devices, interlocking devices, pressure sensitive devices, protective devices) standards.

c) Type C standards (mechanical safety standards), which involve detailed safety requirements for a specific machine or a group of machines.

This part belongs to the Type C standard specified by GB/T 15706.

This section gives the rotary disc mowers and drum mowers for the harvesting of suspended, semi-mounted, trailed and self-propelled forage

The dangerous events, dangerous state and degree of danger involved in grass mowers and horizontal-axis mulchers.

All agricultural machinery (self-propelled, suspended, semi-suspended and towed) common major dangers are in GB 10395.1-2009

Elaborate.

If the provisions of this Type C standard are different from those of the Type A or Type B standards, the design and manufacturing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Type C standard.

For machines, the implementation of the provisions of this C standard has priority over the A or B standard.
