This part is part 26 of "Agricultural and Forestry Machinery Safety".

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 4254-13.2012 "Agricultural Machinery Safety Part 13.Large Rotary Mowers".

Compared with ISO 4254-13.2012, this part is slightly adjusted in structure, that is, the suspension section in 5.6 is adjusted to 5.6.1 and 5.6.1.

Correspondingly, the number was revised to 5.6.2, and the subsequent article number was extended; the number of clauses 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 was revised to 6.1 and 6.2.

The technical differences between this part and ISO 4254-13.2012 and the reasons are as follows.

---Regarding normative reference documents, this section has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments.

The situation is collectively reflected in Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

* Replace ISO 148-1.2009 (see 5.7.1) with GB/T 229 which is modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace ISO 6508-1.2005 (see 4.8.2) with GB/T 230.1 modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace ISO 730-2009 (see 4.7) with GB/T 1593 modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace ISO 3600.1996 (see 6.1.1) with GB/T 9480, which is equivalent to the international standard;

* Replace ISO 4254-1 (see Chapter 3, 4.1.2, 7.1) with GB 10395.1-2009, which is modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace ISO 4254-12.2012 (see Chapter 3) with GB/T 10395.25, which is modified to adopt international standards;

Introduction

The structure of safety standards in the mechanical field is as follows.

a) Type A standards (safety basic standards), giving the basic concepts, design principles and general characteristics applicable to all machinery.

b) Type B standards (safety general standards), involving one (or more) safety features or one (or more) types of use in the mechanical field

Wide safety protection device.

1) Class B1, specific safety features (such as safety distance, surface temperature and noise) standards;

2) Class B2, safety devices (such as two-hand control devices, interlocking devices, pressure-sensitive devices and protective devices) standards.

c) Type C standards (mechanical safety standards), which involve detailed safety requirements for a specific machine or a group of machines.

This part belongs to the Type C standard specified by GB/T 15706.

If the provisions of this Type C standard are different from those of Type A or Type B standards, the machine designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of this Type C standard

The implementation of the provisions of this Type C standard takes precedence over the Type A or Type B standard.

This section gives the dangerous events, dangerous state and degree of danger involved in the large rotary lawn mower.

The major dangers common to all agricultural machinery (self-propelled, suspended, semi-suspended and towed) are described in GB 10395.1.
