1 Scope

This document, together with GB 10395.1, specifies the design and manufacture of single-rotor or multi-rotor rotary tedders, rotary rakes and

Rotary hay-rakes, including safety requirements and verification rules for rotary drum hay rakes operated by a single person. This document specifies manufacturing

The type of safe operation information that the supplier should provide, including residual risks.

This document does not apply to the following machines.

---Finger wheel rake;

---Parallel tooth rake rake;

---Chain or belt rake;

---Manpower tedder and manpower rake;

---Tower rake with picking device.

For machines designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of this document, when the provisions of this document are different from those of GB 10395.1, the provisions of this document shall take precedence over

This document covers the use of rotary tedders, rotary rakes, and rotary tedder-rakes under predetermined and foreseeable conditions by the manufacturer.

All major hazards, hazardous conditions and hazardous events related to the relevant conditions (see Chapter 4), except for the hazards arising from the following situations.

---Environment, noise;

---Electromagnetic compatibility;

---vibration;

---The overturning of the operator's cab protection of the self-propelled machine tool;

--- Power transmission moving parts, excluding the danger caused by insufficient strength of the protective device;

Note 1.GB/T 21398 specifies the test methods and acceptance criteria for electromagnetic compatibility evaluation of all mobile agricultural machinery.
