Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

The standard instead of GB/T 10326-2001 "shaped refractory products size, appearance and cross-section of the inspection method", and GB/T 10326-2001, the main technical changes are as follows.

- modified specifications for steel wedge and feeler (see 5.7, 5.1);

- increased definition and inspection of centerline deviations (see 3.2, 7.2);

- Increased inspection of asymmetric irregular pattern edges in size check (see 6.2);

--- the calculation of the distortion of the formula;

- modified flat - plug method (see 8.2);

--- modified the missing angle, missing edge of the inspection method (see Chapter 9, Chapter 10);

--- Modify the inspection method of the section (see Chapter 15).

This standard uses the re-drafting method to modify the use of ISO 12678-1.:1996 "refractory brick size and external defects of the inspection side Part 1. This standard has a greater structural adjustment compared to ISO 12678-1.:1996 and ISO 12678-2.:1996, which is listed in Appendix A Standard and ISO 12678-1.:1996 and ISO 12678-2.:1996 chapter number comparison list.

There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 12678-1.:1996 and ISO 12678-2.:1996, and the terms of these differences are the vertical lines (-) in the blank positions on the outside margins are marked, and ISO 12678-1.:1996 and ISO 12678-2 are listed in Appendix B.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the inspection tools and inspection methods for the size, appearance and cross-section of shaped refractory products.

This standard is applicable to the inspection of the dimensions, appearance and cross-section of compact and shaped insulation products.

3 Terms and definitions

4 General
