This part of GB/T 10067 specifies the terms and definitions, product classification and technical requirements of polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace (hereinafter referred to as polycrystalline furnace). Requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and ordering and delivery. This section applies to polycrystalline furnaces for directional solidification of solar grade polycrystalline silicon ingots.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 2900.23-2008 and GB/T 10066.4-2004 apply to this document.

3.1 Polycrystalline furnace polysiliconingotfurnace An industrial electric heating device for solar grade polycrystalline silicon ingots is produced by polysilicon directional solidification technology.

3.2 Studio size dimensionsofworkingchamber The space size of the crystal growth chamber specified in the design of the polycrystalline furnace and indicated on the drawing.

Note. The size of the studio is indicated by the inner diameter and height.

3.3 Melt amount charge The maximum charge per furnace is specified in the design of the polycrystalline furnace.
