Introduction
Version 5 of IEC 60519-1 is a product safety standard with a plan.
--- encompasses all types of devices related to industrial electrothermal (EH) and material electromagnetic processing (EPM) within the scope of IEC /TC27 or
device;
--- include general requirements for all hazards associated with the specific requirements of each type of equipment or device;
--- Give electrical safety, contact current, electric field, magnetic field and radiation requirements to monitor a wide range of devices and their treatment
frequency;
--- Give a method to verify these requirements;
--- In accordance with IEC Guide 104, widely apply standards developed by IEC technical committees with similar or group security functions, and
Relevant ISO standards, including those established by ISO /TC 244 (more information is given in Appendix H);
--- From the perspective of ISO 12100, it can be used as a Class C standard;
--- Includes all materials, references and requirements for risk assessment, as well as a list of significant hazards.
This section mainly deals with equipment that manufacturers have customized for a single project. The manufacturer is fully aware of the equipment through adequate risk reduction measures
It is his responsibility to operate safely, and it is the responsibility of the user to assess the exposure of the operator in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations. Provide a single
For a device or a single device project, the clear distinction of responsibility is easily ambiguous, especially because.
--- Process (normal work) design requires the participation of manufacturers and users;
--- The operator's work procedures are jointly defined by the manufacturer and the user;
---The scope of delivery usually includes all protection measures;
--- In individual sales contracts, the user asks the manufacturer to provide an exposure assessment.
This section therefore provides information on exposure hazards and limits, and it is important to understand that these are outside the scope of the product standard.
