This document specifies the requirements for offshore oil and gas fixed platforms (hereinafter referred to as "platforms") regarding platform layout, platform structure, corrosion protection, modular drilling rigs, or well workover. Machinery, oil and gas production processes, process piping, mechanical equipment and piping systems, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and control, living quarters, fire-resistant structures, fire protection, lifesaving and... The safety technical requirements for the design of escape routes, navigational aids and signals, and communications are described, along with the corresponding verification methods. This document applies to the fixing platforms for newly built, renovated, or expanded steel jacket supports.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Offshore oil fixed platforms During offshore oil extraction, the superstructure and facilities are supported by fixed steel jackets and piles.
