Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1:1-2009: This standard replaces GB 17380-1998 "Regulations on Marking of Buildings (Structures) in Water in China Sea Areas": Compared with GB 17380-1998, except for The main technical changes outside of the editorial modification are as follows:

---Modified the definition of "buildings (structures) in the sea area" (see 3:1, 3:1 in:1998 edition);

--- Deleted the term and definition of "effective light intensity of rhythm light" (see 3:2 in:1998 edition);

---Added the terms and definitions of "important facilities on the periphery of offshore wind farms" and "intermediate facilities on the periphery of offshore wind farms" (see 3:2 and 3:3);

---Added overall requirements (see Chapter 4);

---Added the type, shape, color, and light quality requirements of the navigation aid signs that indicate the underwater construction (structure) groups in the sea area (see 5:1:2);

---Modified the requirements for the light range (see 5:1:3, 4:1:4 of the:1998 edition);

---Deleted the requirement for the light on time (see 4:1:5 of the:1998 edition);

--- Deleted the requirements for the installation of auxiliary lights (see 4:1:6, 4:1:8 and 4:2 in the:1998 edition);

---Modified the requirements for the setting of radio navigation aids (see Chapter 6,:1998 edition of 4:6 and 4:8);

---Modified the installation requirements for the height of the fog number (see 7:2, 4:3:1 of the:1998 edition);

---Relevant requirements for alternate fog numbers have been deleted (see 4:3:4, 4:3:5 and 4:3:7 in the:1998 edition);

---Added the requirements for the setting of navigation aid signs for offshore wind farms (see Chapter 8);

---Added other requirements for the setting of navigation aid signs (see Chapter 9);
