This document establishes the overall process for the real-name registration and activation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles, and specifies the technical requirements for real-name registration and activation. The question describes the corresponding testing methods. This document applies to civilian unmanned aerial vehicles (including flying toy model aircraft) engaged in flight or related activities within China. Products manufactured, sold, and used under the name of civil unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) but whose actual functions and performance parameters meet the standards for civil unmanned aerial vehicles will be subject to real-name registration and activation.
