Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part
1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required. This document replaces GB/T 33955-2017 "Wire rope for mine hoisting". Compared with GB/T 33955-2017, in addition to structural adjustments and In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Added a chapter on "Terms and Definitions" (see Chapter 3);
b) Deleted 17×7 in round strand wire rope structure, 4×V39FC, 4×V48FC, 6×V30, 6×Q19.6×V21FC, 6×Q33.6×V21FC and 6×K19W, 6×K25F, 6× K29F, 18×K19W, 15×K7, 16×K7 (see Table 1 of the.2017 edition);
c) Added round strand wire rope structures 6×46WS, 7×19S, 7×26WS, 7×31WS, 7×36WS, 7×41WS, 8× 26WS, 8×31WS, 8×36WS, 8×41WS, 24(W)×17S, 24(W)×19S, 35(W)×17S, 35(W)× 19S, special-shaped strand wire rope structure 6×V28SB and compacted strand wire rope structure 6×K46WS, 7×K19S, 7×K26WS, 7×K31WS, 7×K36WS, 7×K41WS, 8×K26WS, 8×K31WS, 8×K36WS, 8×K41WS, 24(W)×K7, 24(W)×K17S, 24(W)×K19S, 35(W)×K17S, 35(W)×K19S (see Table 1);
d) The diameter ranges of 29 structural steel wire ropes such as 6×7 and 6×19S have been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2017 edition);
e) The marking of 6×V25 type special-shaped strand wire rope has been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2017 edition);
f) The lubrication requirements and elongation requirements in the order content have been deleted (see Chapter 4 of the.2017 edition);
g) Added the requirements for the nominal tensile strength of steel wire used for different grades of steel wire ropes (see Table 3);
h) Added composite rope core types (see 6.2.1);
i) Changed the requirements for ordinary grease and friction-increasing grease for wire ropes (see 6.3,
5.3 of the.2017 edition);
j) The requirements for the diameter of wire ropes for butt welding and splicing have been changed (see 7.3,
6.2.3 of the.2017 edition);
