This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part

1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB 26488-2011 "Safety Production Code for Magnesium Alloy Die Casting". Compared with GB 26488-2011, except for the structural adjustment and In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Changed the scope of application and added the application of semi-solid die casting (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2011 edition);

--- Added terms and definitions such as injection chamber and punch (see Chapter 3);

--- Added safety requirements for the application of new processes, new technologies, new equipment, new materials, etc., safety requirements for major hazardous sources, and dangerous operations Safety requirements (see 4.4, 4.6, 4.10);

The verification method is described. This document applies to the safety management of production links such as magnesium alloy high-pressure casting and semi-solid die casting.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Shotsleeve A cylindrical container that holds the molten metal to be injected and applies pressure to it.

3.2 plunger A plunger used to inject molten metal from the injection chamber into the mold cavity and to withstand the pressure generated by the metal during the solidification process.
