2 Principles

Angiostrongylus cantonensis larvae in animal aquatic products and their products mainly parasitize in the muscles and other tissues of aquatic products such as apple snails. Anatomy Isolate or use pepsin to digest muscles and other tissues of animal aquatic products and their products to obtain worm bodies. Based on the morphological characteristics of the larvae, preliminary identification cantonensis by amplifying and sequencing the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) gene fragment of the ribosomal DNA of Angiostrongylus cantonensis.
