1 Scope

This standard specifies the morphological and PCR detection methods of Anisakidae larvae in animal aquatic products and their products.

This standard is applicable to the inspection of Anisakis larvae in animal aquatic products and their products.

2 Principles

Anisakis larvae in animal aquatic products and their products mainly parasitize the muscles and organs of marine fish, crustaceans, and molluscs surface and other tissues. Dissect, isolate or use pepsin to digest muscles or organs of animal aquatic products and their products to obtain insect bodies and roots.

According to the morphological characteristics of the larvae, the larvae of Anisakiidae are judged. For suspicious parasites, amplify the transcribed spacer region within the ribosomal DNA of Anisakis nematodes.

(ITS) gene fragments and sequenced to identify common Anisakis larvae.
