3 Product Classification and Labeling

3.1 Products

The standard according to GB/T 12692.1 into the furnace fuel oil fraction and residue type two types, various types of products in accordance with the kinematic viscosity breakdown,

Fraction type is divided into two grades, the residue was divided into four grades type.

3.2 Product Code

This standard furnace fuel oil product code as follows.

F-

F- behalf of fuels

D represents a fraction type, R-type residue representatives

1,2,3,4 product performance digital distinguishing mark

Example. F-R3 Representative viscosity of 25.0mm2/s ~ 50mm2/s fuel type residue

3.3 Product labeling

Furnace fuel oil products can be labeled as. Product Code Product Name Standard No.

Example. F-R3 furnace fuel GB 25989

4 requirements and test methods

4.1 General requirements

Fuel specified in this standard is homogeneous hydrocarbon oils, containing inorganic acid, an excess of non-fibrous material or extraneous solid material.

Under normal storage conditions, fuel oil residue containing ingredients can be homogenized, not by gravity into various grades of viscosity range exceeding

The severity of the two components.

5 Inspection Rules

5.1 Inspection Classification and test items

5.1.1 factory inspection

Delivery lot inspection items including kinematic viscosity, flash point, water and sediment, ash content, density, sulfur content, pour point, and water-soluble acid or base.

When no change in raw materials and production processes, the factory inspection items include periodic acid number and distillation range, tested once every quarter.

5.1.2 Type inspection

Type test items as specified in Table 1, all of the items. Type test in the following cases.

a) the appraisement and new products into production;

b) raw materials and production process greatly changed;

c) factory inspection results of the last test patterns are quite different.

5.2 Batching

In the raw materials and production processes in the same conditions, a can of product per production batch.

5.3 Sampling

Conducted in accordance with GB/T 4756's. 3L taken as a test sample and a sample remain.

5.4 determine the rules

Factory inspection and type test results are all in compliance with the technical requirements of 4.2, then determine whether the product is qualified.

5.5 re-inspection rule

If the test result in non-compliance with the technical requirements of 4.2, according to the provisions of GB/T 4756 from the same batch of products to re-double the amount of extracted samples

Products of the project failed re-inspection. Review the results as not meet the requirements, then determine whether the product is defective.

6 signs, packaging, transportation and storage

Product logos, packaging, transportation and storage and delivery acceptance by SH0164.

According to GB 13690, a flash point below 61 °C distillate fuel type belonging to Class 3 flammable liquid dangerous chemicals, such products standard

Chi, packaging in accordance with GB 13690 and GB 190.

7 security

Security issues are flammable liquid distillate type fuel oil should comply with the relevant laws, regulations and standards.

8 illustrates the use of

F-R1, F-R2, F-R3, and F-R4 is increasing viscosity and boiling range fuel oil residue type, usually preheated to handling, transport, and

Use normal atomization temperatures required. This standard does not indicate the use of all safety issues involved. User using this standard

The former has to establish appropriate safety precautions responsibility, and develop management system has applicability.
