Building fire escape and refuge equipment refers to auxiliary escape equipment used by people in distress to escape from a fire scene during a building fire. GB 21976 "Escape and Refuge Equipment for Building Fires" is a fundamental and general standard guiding the design, manufacture, and inspection of escape and refuge equipment for building fires in my country. Usability standards. According to the main categories of building fire escape and refuge equipment, GB 21976 includes, but is not limited to, the following parts.

1.Equipment Guidelines. The purpose is to regulate the provision, installation, inspection, replacement, and disposal of fire escape and refuge equipment in buildings. Requirements in this regard.

2.Escape Descenders. The purpose is to specify the technical requirements for escape descent devices.

3.Escape Ladders. The purpose is to specify the technical requirements for escape ladders.

4.Escape Slides. The purpose is to specify the technical requirements for escape slides.

5.Emergency Escape Devices. The purpose is to specify the technical requirements for emergency escape devices.

This document defines the terminology related to chemical oxygen fire-fighting self-rescue breathing apparatus, specifies the models and specifications, technical requirements, inspection rules, and labeling. The requirements for labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage are described, along with the corresponding test methods. This document applies to the design, manufacture, and inspection of chemical oxygen fire-fighting self-rescue breathing apparatus (hereinafter referred to as "breathing apparatus").

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 It isolates the human respiratory system from the atmospheric environment and uses oxygen generated by chemical oxygen-generating agents to provide oxygen for people to escape in the event of a fire when there is a lack of oxygen. Respiratory protection equipment used.

3.2 Wearing mass The quality of the chemical oxygen fire self-rescue respirator when worn.

3.3 Inhalation resistance The instantaneous pressure difference between the air intake of the test apparatus and the ambient atmosphere during air intake.

3.4 Expiration resistance The instantaneous pressure difference between the exhalation port of the test device and the ambient atmosphere during exhalation.
