Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 21352-2008 "Fire-retardant Conveyor Belts with Steel Cords for Mine". Compared with GB/T 21352-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the product structure (see 4.1, 3.2 of the 2008 edition);

b) Changed the belt structure (see 4.2 Table 1, 3.1 of the 2008 edition);

c) Changed the mark (see Chapter 5, 3.3 of the 2008 edition);

d) changed the configuration of the belt (see 6.1, 4.1 of the 2008 edition);

e) Changed the size and size deviation (see 6.2, 4.2 of the 2008 edition);

f) The configuration and joints of wire ropes are deleted (see 4.3 of the 2008 edition);

g) Changed the bonding strength between the cover layer and the core layer (see 6.3.2, 4.4.2 of the 2008 edition);

h) Changed the adhesive strength of the cover layer and the buffer layer or transverse member (see 6.3.3, 4.4.3 of the 2008 edition);

i) Changed the static bond strength of steel wire rope (see 6.3.4 Table 3, 4.4.4 Table 4 of the 2008 edition);

j) Changed the description of the dynamic bond strength of steel wire rope (see 6.4, 4.5 of the 2008 edition);

k) Changed the test method (see Chapter 7, Chapter 5 of the 2008 edition);

l) Changed the inspection rules (see Chapter 8, Chapter 6 of the 2008 edition);

m) Changed the marking, packaging, storage and transportation (see Chapter 9, Chapter 7 of the 2008 edition);

n) Changed Figure A.1 and Procedure A.4, deleted the scope and Figure A.3 (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2008 edition);

o) Changed Figure B.1 and Figure B.2, deleted the scope (see Appendix B, Appendix B of the 2008 edition);

p) The test method for roadway propane combustion performance of conveyor belts has been deleted (see Appendix C of the 2008 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the structure, marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection, Marking, packaging, storage and transportation.

This document applies to steel wire rope core flame retardant conveyor belts used in underground mines.
