Foreword

This document is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 "Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents".

This document replaces GB 21258-2017 "Norm of energy consumption per unit product of general coal-fired power generation set" and GB 35574-2017 "Norm of energy consumption per unit product of combined heat and power generation". Compared with GB 21258-2017 and GB 35574-2017, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) the scope of application of the standard has been changed (see Clause 1; Clause 1 of GB 21258-2017 and of GB 35574-2017);

b) terms and definitions have been added (see Clause 3);

c) the indicator values of the energy consumption grades have been changed (see Clause 4; Clause 4 of GB 21258-2017 and of GB 35574-2017);

d) the technical requirements for the energy consumption limit value have been changed (see 5.1; 5.1 of GB 21258-2017 and 5.2 of GB 35574-2017);

e) the technical requirements for the energy consumption access value have been changed (see 5.2; 5.2 of GB 21258-2017 and 5.3 of GB 35574-2017);

f) the influencing factors and correction coefficients of the energy consumption limit values have been changed (see 5.3; 5.3 of GB 21258-2017 and 5.4 of GB 35574-2017);

g) an altitude correction coefficient has been added (see 5.3.5);

h) a method for correcting the net coal consumption of heat-supply units has been added (see 5.3.6).

- this is the third revision, which incorporates the content of GB 35574-2017 "Norm of energy consumption per unit product of combined heat and power generation".
