GB 19510.3-2009 is the English-translated version of 灯的控制装置第3部分：钨丝灯用直流/交流电子降压转换器的特殊要求.

GB 19510.3-2009 — This part of GB 19510 specifies the special requirements of IEC 60357 and other tungsten halogen lamps with electronic step-down converter, which of electronic buck converter uses the following 250V DC or less 1000V AC 50Hz/60Hz below the 1000V Power source wire or between any arising between a conductor and ground of the rated output voltage <=50V (RMS, frequency different from the mains frequency Rate) or <= Sang 50 2V (pulsating DC power supply).

NOTE. 50V rated output voltage limit in line with GB/T 18379 requirements in section I of voltage.

Particular requirements for thermal protection fitted with an electronic device buck converter is given in Appendix C. As the special requirements for fixed independent safety extra low voltage converter circuit is part of the device is given in Appendix I. Performance requirements are given in GB 19654.

As a plug-in converter lighting fixture components reference standard supplementary requirements, it can be regarded as built-in converter.
