3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Recreational diving recreationalscubadiving A method of using diving equipment autonomous breathing apparatus, for the purpose of leisure and recreational dives.

4 Qualifying
4.1 technical diving instructors should hold a professional qualification certificate associated countries before taking a post.

5.1.2 Clean the wall and water quality equipment or automatic water circulation filtration, disinfection, and other equipment should have a suction bottom product quality inspection certificate.
5.1.3 The diving pool water level of illumination shall be not less than 200lx.
5.1.4 Equipment should be placed and regional preparatory activities.
5.2 natural diving places
5.2.1 shall be clearly and prominently diving area warning signs.
5.4 Auxiliary Facilities
5.4.1 shall be male and female locker room, and is equipped with facilities to store clothing.
5.4.2 shall be male and female shower rooms, its coefficient of static friction of the surface is not less than 0.5.

7 Security
7.1 should establish a sound safety rescue, security, health inspections, equipment maintenance and risk assessment systems and personnel services of personal responsibility.
7.2 should develop emergency response plans.
