Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB 1616-2003 "Industrial hydrogen peroxide", compared with GB 1616-2003, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical change of the following.

--- Standard becomes mandatory attribute consists recommended;

--- Remove 30% Specification and the corresponding index (2003 version 3.2);

--- Additional 60% of the product specification and the corresponding indicators (see 4.2);

--- Adjust the non-volatile index requirements (see 4.2);

--- Increased by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry determination of total carbon content (see 5.7.2);

--- Increased nitrate content determination by ion chromatography (see 5.8.1).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for industrial hydrogen peroxide, test methods, inspection rules and signs, labels, packaging, transport and storage.

This standard applies to industrial hydrogen peroxide. The products are mainly used as the oxidant, bleach and cleaning agent, widely used in textiles, chemicals, building Paper, electronics, environmental protection, mining, pharmaceutical, aerospace and military industries.

4 Requirements

4.1 Appearance. colorless, transparent liquid.

4.2 Industrial hydrogen peroxide test methods specified in this standard by testing shall be in accordance with Table 1 technical requirements.
