Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GA/T 980-2012 "Road Traffic Safety Propaganda Vehicle Equipment Configuration", compared with GA/T 980-2012, except for editing the main technical changes outside the sexual modification are as follows.

--- Modified the name of the standard (see standard name, the standard name of the 2012 version);

--- Revised scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2012 edition);

---Modified terms and definitions (see 3.1, 3.1 of the 2012 edition);

---Modified the basic functions of the propaganda car, the poster display function of the poster was moved to 4.2, and the road traffic safety warning function and interactive experience were added.

Function, multimedia playback function to support the playback device requirements moved to 5.1 (see 4.1, 2012 version 4.1);

---Modified the propaganda car matching function, increased the poster display function, the display automatic lifting function, interactive experience function, road the traffic safety alert function moved to 4.1 (see 4.2, 4.2 of the 2012 edition);

---Modified the basic configuration equipment of the propaganda car, the posters of the posters were moved to 5.2, and the road traffic safety warning devices and interactions were added.

--- Increased the technical requirements of loudspeakers (see 6.3.2);

--- Removed the technical requirements for the automatic lifting device of the display (see 6.3.2 of the 2012 version);

--- Removed the technical requirements of the power system (see 6.6 of the 2012 version);

--- Removed the technical requirements of the body balance support system (see 6.7 of the 2012 edition);

--- Added functionality and configuration check methods (see 7.2);

--- Revised the general requirements inspection method (see 7.3, 2012 edition of 7.2);

--- Removed the test method for safety performance testing (see 7.3 of the 2012 edition);

---Modified the test method of multimedia playback equipment (see 7.4, 7.5 of 2012 edition);

--- Revised the test method for road traffic safety warning equipment (see 7.5, 7.7 of 2012 edition);

--- Revised the test method for the posters of the posters (see 7.6, 7.4 of the 2012 edition);

---Modified the test method for information inquiry equipment (see 7.7, 7.6 of 2012 edition);

--- Removed the test method of the power system (see 7.8 of the 2012 version);

--- Removed the test method for the body balance support system (see 7.9 of the 2012 edition);

--- Added Appendix A, including the requirements for other configuration equipment for the propaganda vehicle (see Appendix A).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, functions, equipment configuration, technical requirements and test methods of police propaganda vehicles (traffic safety missions).

This standard applies to the equipment configuration of police propaganda vehicles (traffic safety missions).
