FZ/T 72013-2022Warp-knitted spacer fabric for clothes (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 72013-2011 "Using Warp Knitted Spacer Fabric". Compared with FZ/T 72013-2011, the main technical changes as follows.

--- Supplement and revise the normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2011 edition);

---Deleted the "net dry content" requirement in the fiber content (see 5.3.2 of the 2011 edition);

---Adjusted the bursting strength requirements (see 5.3.1, 5.3.2 of the 2011 edition);

---Modified the classification of the washing size change rate indicator (see 5.3.1, 5.3.2 of the 2011 edition);

--- Added the requirements for first-class products and qualified products in snagging performance (see 5.3.1);

--- Increased wrinkle recovery requirements (see 5.3.1);

---Delete the requirements for color fastness to light and perspiration (see 5.3.2 of the 2011 edition);

---Deleted the color fastness to light, the combined color fastness to light and perspiration should be assessed according to the application (see 5.3.3 of the 2011 edition);

--- Increased the description of the assessment requirements for the color fastness of natural and bleached fabrics (see 5.3.1);

---Added that products used for infants and children should also meet the relevant requirements of GB 31701 (see 5.3.3);

--- Adjusted the diameter of the bursting steel ball (see 6.2.7, 6.3 of the 2011 edition);

--- Increased wrinkle recovery performance test method (see 6.2.11);

---Deleted the test method for color fastness to light and perspiration (see 6.12 of the 2011 edition);

--- Modified the internal quality determination rules (see 8.1.1, 7.3.1 of the 2011 edition);

--- Added result judgment and single piece judgment (see 8.1.3 and 8.2);

--- Modified the re-inspection regulations (see 8.3, 7.4 of the 2011 edition);

---Modify the citation regulations for infants and children's product instructions (see 9.1, 8.1 of the 2011 edition);

--- Increased transport and storage regulations (see 9.3 and 9.4).

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, specifications, requirements, test methods, sampling rules, judgment rules, product use Instructions, packaging, transport and storage.

This document is applicable to warp-knitted spacer fabrics, and weft-knitted spacer fabrics can be implemented as a reference.
