Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 61006-2006 "Weft-knitted acrylic blanket", compared with FZ/T 61006-2006, except for editorial changes the technical changes are as follows.

--- Modified the scope of application of the standard;

--- Modified normative references;

--- Grading is changed to superior, first-class and qualified products;

--- Safety performance requirements increase the relevant regulations of GB 31701;

--- Amended the tolerance of fiber content;

--- Modified the assessment index of the rate of change of the washing size;

--- Increased the evaluation index of dry cleaning size change rate;

--- Increase the evaluation index of the first-class hair removal amount;

--- Modified the evaluation index of color fastness to washing;

--- Modify the evaluation index of the color fastness to dry cleaning;

--- Increased the evaluation of water fastness and perspiration fastness;

--- Modified the evaluation index of color fastness to rubbing;

--- Add footnotes a, b, c in Table 1;

--- Adjusted the assessment items and indicators of appearance defects

--- Modified the evaluation method of physical quality;

--- Revised the relevant provisions of the product instructions;

--- Removed Appendix B.

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Woolen Textile Branch (SAC/TC209/SC3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of weft knitted acrylic blankets.

This standard is applicable to weft knitted single-layer or double-layer stitched acrylic or chemical fiber blended blankets containing 30% or more of acrylic fiber, and other weft knitted chemical fiber blankets can refer to the implementation.
