Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 61001-2006 "Pure Wool and Wool Blended Blankets", compared with FZ/T 61001-2006, except for editorial changes the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modified the scope of the standard;

--- Modified normative references;

--- Increased the safety performance requirements for infants and children's products;

--- Grading is changed to superior, first-class and qualified products;

--- The fiber content is evaluated according to the GB/T 29862 standard;

--- Removed the requirement for the assessment of ether soluble substances in polyester products;

--- Non-recoverable elongation changed to non-recoverable elongation;

--- Increase the evaluation index of the first-class products of hair removal;

--- Increase the evaluation index of the amount of hair removal of the raschel blanket;

--- The color fastness to washing was changed to the color fastness to washing, and the assessment index was adjusted;

--- Increase the evaluation indexes of water fastness, perspiration fastness, dry fastness color fastness, dry cleaning size change rate;

--- Added footnote in Table 1;

--- Modified the evaluation method of physical quality;

--- Adjusted the qualified category index of length deviation rate and width deviation rate;

--- Adjusted the appearance defect index;

--- Modified the breaking strength test method and changed it to FZ/T 60007;

--- Amended the rules for comprehensive judgment;

--- Revised the relevant regulations on packaging and marking;

--- Removed Appendix B.

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Woolen Textile Branch (SAC/TC209/SC3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of pure wool and wool blended blankets.

This standard applies to weaving and drawing where weft yarn or face yarn is pure wool and weft yarn or face yarn contains 50% or more of wool blended with other fibers Sher blanket. Blankets with a wool content of less than 50% and special animal fibers (such as cashmere, camel down, yak down, etc.) can also be implemented by reference.
