6.2 Appearance quality and process quality inspection

6.2.1 Determination of standard size deviation rate

Spread the product evenly on the inspection table, smooth out the wrinkles, and make the product in a natural flat state. Use a steel tape measure or steel ruler with a division value of 1mm.

Measure at 1/4 and 3/4 of the length and width of the whole product, accurate to 1mm. Arithmetic mean of results measured in length and width as the measured value of product specification and size, the deviation rate is calculated according to formula (1), and the calculation result is rounded to one decimal place according to GB/T 8170.

L1-L0

100% (1)

where.

P --- specification size deviation rate;

L1---Measured value of product specifications and dimensions, in centimeters (cm);

L0---The stated value of product specification size, the unit is centimeter (cm).

6.2.2 Weft skew and flower skew test methods

Execute according to GB/T 14801.

6.2.3 Color difference and color pattern inspection method

Use D65 standard light source or natural light in the north direction, the illuminance is not less than 600lx, the measured part of the sample should be consistent in the latitude and longitude, the incident light and the sample the surface is at an angle of about 45°, the inspector's line of sight is roughly perpendicular to the surface of the sample, and the distance is about 60cm.

Color swatch card comparison rating.
