FZ/T 24004-2021Worsted low content wool blend and wool-like woven fabric (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 24004-2009 "Combed Low Wool Blended and Purified Cilia Fabrics". Compared with FZ/T 24004-2009, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2009 edition);

--- Amended the classification regulations (see 4.2, 3.2 in the 2009 edition);

---Modified the index requirements for the mass deviation per unit area, the steam size change rate, and the degree of seam (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2009 edition);

---Added the reference index and test method of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether content (see 4.3.4, 5.2.2.19);

---Modified the lining regulations for color fastness (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2009 edition);

---Modified the index requirements for light fastness and rubbing fastness (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2009 edition);

---Modified the assessment of physical quality (see 4.4.1, 3.3.1 of the 2009 edition);

--- Modify the braid and rating requirements of appearance defects (see Table 3, Table 4 of the 2009 edition);

---Deleted the provision of direct measurement of width (see 4.2.1 of the 2009 edition)

---Modified the falling water deformation test method (see 5.2.2.8, Appendix B of the 2009 edition);

---Deleted the requirement that the results of physical performance tests are based on the arithmetic average (see 4.1.1 of the 2009 edition);

--- Deleted Appendix B and Appendix C (see Appendix B and Appendix C of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for combed low-wool blended (wool or other animal fiber content 30% or less) and purified cilia Requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, markings, etc.

This document is suitable for appraising the quality of all kinds of woven and combed low-wool blended and purified cilia wool fabrics.
