Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document is based on FZ/T 22001-2010 "Combed Wool Yarn" and integrates FZ/T 22006-2012 "Ultra High Count Combed Wool Compared with FZ/T 22001-2010, part of the content of "Weaving Yarn", the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2010 edition);

---The classification regulations have been revised (see 4.2, 3.2 in the 2010 edition);

---Modified the classification requirements for high-count yarn, medium-count yarn and low-count yarn (see 4.3.2, Appendix A.2 of the 2010 edition);

---Added the classification requirements and physical index requirements for ultra-high count yarns (see 4.3.2, Table 1);

---Modified the lining regulations for color fastness (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2010 edition);

---Modified the index requirements for light fastness and rubbing fastness (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2010 edition);

---Canceled the assessment requirements for color fastness to ironing (see Table 2 of the 2010 edition);

---Added the assessment of physical quality (see 4.4.1);

---Modified the test methods for light fastness and washing fastness (see 5.2.1, 5.2.2, Chapter 4 of the 2010 edition);

---Modified the evaluation index for excellent products of evenness coefficient of variation (see Appendix A, Appendix C of the 2010 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, markings, etc. of combed wool yarn.

This document is suitable for identifying the quality of combed woven pure wool, wool blended yarn, and wool type chemical fiber yarn.
