FZ/T 13019-2021Yarn-dyed elastic fabric with spandex (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces FZ/T 13019-2007 "Dye-woven Spandex Stretch Fabric", compared with FZ/T 13019-2007 "Dye-woven Spandex Stretch Fabric", the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Revised the scope of application of the document (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2007 edition);

--- Supplemented normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Adjusted the term "spandex exposed bottom" to "spandex exposed core" (see 3.5, 3.5 of the 2007 edition);

--- Deleted the table of comprehensive evaluation methods for quality grades (see Table 1 of the 2007 edition);

--- Clarified that products should meet the requirements of GB 18401, and added that infant and children's products should meet the requirements of GB 31701 (see 5.3.1);

--- Modified the provisions of products, etc. as superior products, first-class products, and qualified products, and canceled the original classification of second-class products (5.2.1, see 2007 version 4.3);

--- Modified the assessment requirements for fiber content (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

---Deleted the assessment of the dimensional change rate, tensile elasticity, mass deviation rate per unit area, and weft slant size change of stretch denim products Requirements (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Increased the assessment requirements for the elastic elongation of warp elastic or weft elastic products (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Modified the plastic deformation rate assessment requirements (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Added the test requirements for color fastness to perspiration and light (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Improve the assessment requirements for color fastness to rubbing (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Increased the requirements for the assessment of the degree of separation (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Deleted the assessment requirements for the quality deviation rate per unit area (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Delete the assessment requirements for weft and oblique dimension changes (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Increased the requirements for the assessment of qualified products with width deviation (see Table 2, Table 3 of the 2007 edition);

---Improved the color difference requirements for superior and first-class products between bags and packages, and clarified the color difference requirements for qualified products (see Table 2, 2007 edition of table 3);

--- Clarified the scoring method for fabric defects (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 2007 edition);

--- Delete the "net dry content" requirement in the fiber content (see 7.1.1, 6.7 of the 2007 edition);

--- Modified the tensile elasticity test method (see 7.1.5, 6.6 of the 2007 edition);

--- Added the test methods for color fastness to perspiration and light (see 7.1.7, 7.1.8);

--- Delete the test methods for the mass deviation rate per unit area and the weft-slant dimension change (see 6.8, 6.9, 6.10 of the 2007 edition);

--- Added appearance inspection method (see 7.2);

--- Clarified the inspection rules (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the 2007 edition);

--- Modified the requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage (see Chapter 9, Chapter 8 of the 2007 edition);

--- Deleted Appendix A (see Appendix A of the 2007 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document is applicable to the identification of various types of woven yarn-dyed spandex elastic fabrics for apparel (excluding cotton, hemp or chemical fibers) yarn-dyed stretch denim) quality.
