Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is CJ/T 209-2005 "fountain sprinkler" revision, compared with CJ/T 209-2005, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Added terms and definitions (see 3.2,3.10,3.11,3.12,3.13);

--- The original "5.3 Materials" into the fifth chapter, and its content has been adjusted;

--- The original 5.1 environmental conditions, "the wind speed is not greater than 2" was revised to "wind speed is not greater than 3";

--- Head temperature capability by the "-40 °C ~ 80 °C" to "-40 °C ~ 60 °C";

--- Complement the comprehensive data sheet (see Appendix A);

--- Pure jet nozzle circular nozzle diameter increased by 45mm, 50mm, 56mm, 63mm, 70mm5 kinds of specifications (see 6.2.5);

--- Increased part of the pure jet single nozzle and high nozzle, curtain nozzle, water curtain nozzle, high pressure cold fog nozzle hydraulic performance parameters

Table (see Appendix B);

--- The original 6.5.3.2 test equipment and 6.5.4 equivalent caliber test moved to the appendix, and renamed the nozzle hydraulic performance test equipment and equivalent Caliber test and calculation (see Appendix C).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the fountain nozzle (hereinafter referred to as the nozzle) model, material, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transport and storage.

This standard applies to water fountains with fountains.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Fountainhead fountainsprinklers/sprayheads Entire device that uses jets of pressurized water in the piping system (without any additional energy or power mechanism) to eject the jets.
