Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is a revision of CJ/T 203-2000 "non-clogging pump", compared with the CJ/T 203-2000 main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Increase the provisions of the flow, the definition of head and the definition of the point (see 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3);

--- Modify the classification of the impeller type (see 4.1.4, 2000 version 5.1.2);

--- Increasing the requirements of working conditions (see Chapter 5);

--- Enhanced impeller material requirements (see Table 1, 2000 edition of Table 2);

--- Increased exposed fastener material requirements (see Table 1);

--- Increasing the requirements of mechanical seal materials and packing sealing materials (see 6.2);

--- Increasing the appearance and performance requirements (see 7.1.1 ~ 7.1.7);

--- Increased bearing temperature and temperature limits requirements (see 7.5.3.5, 2000 version of 7.2.8);

--- Increased leakage of water at the mechanical seal requirements (see 7.7.3.7, 2000 version of 7.2.11.2);

--- Increasing the allowable length of fiber through the detection method (see 8.1.5.2);

--- Increasing the mean time between failures detection method (see 8.1.6);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the non-clogging pump (hereinafter referred to as "pump") terms and definitions, type, model and basic parameters, working conditions, materials, to Requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to urban sewage treatment works without plugging pump manufacturing and testing.
