Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 192-2004 "Lined stainless steel composite pipe." In the drafting of this standard reference API5LD Corrosion-resistant alloy composite steel pipe, compared with CJ/T 192-2004, the main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Use of the scope of delivery of drinking water, fire water, high temperature water, air conditioning water, sewage and other water supply and drainage and steam, gas and other purposes;

--- Expand the nominal size to DN1400, according to different base pipe execution standards, the use of base pipe grade, composite pipe diameter and wall thickness increase Specific rules for allowing work pressure. Increase the specific regulations for the allowable working pressure of the different connection methods at the end of the composite pipe;

--- Added terms and definitions, order contents, weight calculation methods;

--- For the welding of welded composite pipes, increase the size of the end of the outer diameter of the provisions;

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of liner stainless steel composite pipes (hereinafter referred to as "composite pipes"), ordering contents, markings, materials, and requirements.

Requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks, and quality certificates.
