Scope
YY/T 1546-2017 is the English-translated version of 用于SPECT成像CT衰减校正的试验方法.
YY/T 1546-2017 is the Chinese pharmaceutical industry standard that gives the test method for SPECT imaging with CT-based attenuation correction.
It sets out the phantoms, the acquisition and reconstruction conditions and the measurements by which the accuracy of the correction is judged, among them the uniformity and the contrast recovery of the corrected images and the registration between the SPECT and the CT data.
It applies to SPECT/CT systems and not to stand-alone SPECT. Issued on 2 May 2017, it has applied since 1 April 2018.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for CT attenuation correction SPECT imaging.
This standard applies to SPECT/CT one machine. This standard does not apply to stand-alone SPECT system.
2 Normative references
The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 18988.3 radionuclide imaging equipment performance and test rules Part 3. Gamma camera body imaging system
GB/T 18989 Radionuclide imaging equipment performance and test rules gamma camera
3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 18988.3, GB/T 18989 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Attenuation correction attenuationcorrection; AC
Correction of loss of radiant intensity after passing through the media.
4 Test methods
4.1 Overview 1
For single-photon emission tomography devices, the attenuation correction of any medium within the device's fault volume for attenuation correction should have the correct theory basis. The basis of the calibration is measuring the transmittance of the object through the object in the total field of view. The accuracy actually achieved is an important part of its quantitative ability Guarantee.
4.2 Purpose 1
In the method, SPECT and CT scanning are performed on the motif of known components, and the linear attenuation coefficient obtained by using CT image conversion Value, the SPECT image attenuation correction to assess the accuracy of SPECT attenuation correction.
Note. The results of this test are also affected by uniformity, scattering, etc.
4.3 Method 1
4.3.1 Overview
The transmission of X-ray radiation through the non-uniform attenuating medium is processed to give the attenuation correction model, which is used as the SPECT projection number It is part of the reconstruction process. The accuracy of attenuation correction is reflected in the reconciliation between the transmitted value and the true value.
