Scope

GB/T 37908-2019 is the English-translated version of 基于光学椭偏成像的无标记蛋白质芯片分析方法通则.

GB/T 37908-2019 specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instrument composition and requirements, technical indicators, test methods and test analysis methods and procedures for label-free protein chips based on optical ellipsometry.

Clause 1 states that the standard applies to the analysis of single or mixed target protein molecules in basic biology, biomedicine and clinical medicine.

Clause 3 adopts the terms of GB/T 27990-2011, GB/T 28641-2012 and JJF1265 and adds six definitions of its own: label-free protein chip, mass density, chip layout, surface modification, probe assembly and molecular recognition.

A label-free protein chip is defined as one able to display directly or quantitatively the recognition of a target molecule by a probe molecule without resorting to physical, chemical or biological marking of that process, such as radioactive element or fluorescent labelling; mass density is the mass of biomolecules on the chip surface per unit area.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 27990-2011, GB/T 28641-2012 and JJF1265.

The standard is proposed and managed by the National Biochip Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC421), and the drafting organizations named are the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Guizhou Jinlu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The source page prints no contents list and the draft ends at definition 3.6, so the clauses after the terms section are not shown. It was issued on 2019-10-18 and has applied since 2020-05-01.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instrument composition and requirements, and techniques for label-free protein chips based on optical ellipsometry. Indicators, test methods and test analysis methods and procedures.

This standard applies to the analysis of single or mixed target protein molecules in basic biology, biomedical and clinical medicine.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 27990-2011, GB/T 28641-2012 and JJF1265 apply to this document.

3.1 Label-free protein chip

Ability to directly or quantitatively display the process by which a probe molecule recognizes a target molecule without resorting to physical, chemical or biological methods A protein chip that marks the recognition process (such as radioactive element labeling, fluorescent labeling, etc.).

3.2 Mass density

The mass of biomolecules on the surface of a protein chip per unit area.

3.3 Chip layout

The design and arrangement of the probe molecules on the surface of the chip, as determined by the detection requirements and the nature of the target molecule to be tested.

3.4 Surface modification

Using physical, chemical, and biological methods, the chip substrate is used for the purpose of assembling the probe molecules and blocking non-specific adsorption. The process of surface treatment.

3.5 Probe assembly

The process of assembling probe molecules onto the surface of a chip by physical adsorption, covalent bonding, and orientation fixation.

3.6 Molecular recognition

The specific affinity between biomolecules is used to achieve specific capture of the target molecule by the probe molecule.
