Scope

YY/T 1407-2016 is the English-translated version of 放射治疗模拟机影像系统性能和试验方法.

YY/T 1407-2016 is the Chinese pharmaceutical industry standard for the imaging system of a radiotherapy simulator, the X-ray machine that reproduces the geometry of a treatment beam so that the treatment can be planned and checked.

It sets the performance requirements and the test methods, covering the fluoroscopic and radiographic image quality, the accuracy of the field size and of the light and radiation field coincidence, the geometric accuracy of the gantry, collimator and couch movements and of the isocentre, and the dose delivered. Issued on 23 March 2016, it has applied since 1 January 2017.

Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements and test methods for radiotherapy simulator imaging systems.

This standard applies to the use of X-ray equipment to simulate the radiation treatment of radiation beam geometric conditions to determine the radiation therapy process by the radiation treatment Radiation therapy simulator (hereinafter referred to as "simulator") for the location and radiation field location and radiation field size. This standard does not apply to radiotherapy CT simulators.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 10149, GB/T 17857 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.2 Line pair resolution

Specified conditions in the image can be identified in the specified line of groups to test the maximum spatial frequency of the graphic image in lines per millimeter (Lp/mm).

3.3 Low contrast resolution

Uniform background conditions can be resolved under the specified shape and area of the smallest contrast details.

3.4 Image grayscale identification level imagedetectablegraylevel

Under the best conditions, the specific image grayscale discrimination grade test card image can be distinguished by the maximum image grayscale discrimination level.

3.5 Image brightness stability

In the case of different attenuation mode, the image brightness of the automatic control of the same.
