Scope

YY/T 0095-2013 is the English-translated version of 钨酸钙中速医用增感屏.

YY/T 0095-2013 is the Chinese pharmaceutical industry standard for medium speed calcium tungstate intensifying screens, the fluorescent screens that sit against the film in a radiographic cassette and shorten the exposure.

It gives the terminology, the requirements the screen must meet, the test methods, the inspection rules, and the rules for marking, labels, the instruction manual, packaging, transport and storage.

The requirements cover the speed of the screen and its uniformity, the resolution it allows, the appearance and finish of the fluorescent layer, and the durability of the screen in use.

It applies to X-ray intensifying screens used in radiography. It replaces YY/T 0095-2004, was issued on 21 October 2013 and has applied since 1 October 2014.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard YY/T 0095-2004 "speed calcium tungstate intensifying screens for medical," compared with the YY/T 0095-2004 major changes as follows.

--- Modify the standard reference file's number;

--- 5.3.2 sensitization modified coefficient test methods;

--- Modify the limiting resolution 5.4.2 Test Method.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the speed of medical calcium tungstate intensifying screen (hereinafter referred to as intensifying screen) terminology, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, Labels, instruction manual and packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to X-ray intensifying screens used in photography.

3 Terms and Definitions GB/T 10149-1988 define the following

terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Limiting resolution

The template smallest distance between two adjacent pairs as a distinguishable image information imaged on the ability of the film to the resolution. Intensifying screen Limiting resolution is the use of intensifying screens for resolution test card image on the X-ray film, every millimeter maximum linear human eye can distinguish logarithm.

3.2 Emission spectrum

Emission energy distribution by wavelength or frequency, said emission spectrum.

3.3 Sensitizing factor

Under the conditions of use and do not use the intensifying screen, to X-ray film was exposed at an exposure amount of the film density value 1 (The mAs) ratio.

4 Requirements

4.1 Working conditions

Intensifying screen should meet the following conditions.

Before a) can be equipped with blue or green film, the film is placed in front of the light-emitting surface opposite intensifying screen between the rear panel, and close to the intensifying screen, after Screen panel, X-ray tube is aligned perpendicular to the reference axis intensifying screen on the back of the front panel;

b) at room temperature. 5 °C ~ 30 °C;
