Foreword

This instructional document has been drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Please note that some of this document may be patentable. The issuing agencies of this document do not bear the responsibility of identifying these patents.

This guideline technical document replaces YC/T 241-2008 "Tobacco industry measurement technical standard system", and YC/T 241-2008 phase Than, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope

This Guidance Document specifies the composition, structure drawings and standard details of the technical standards system for the measurement of the tobacco industry.

This guidance document is used to guide the tobacco industry's metrological management, scientific research, quality control, standardization and other work, as well as Tobacco System revision and management of industry measurement standards.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Quantity

The characteristics of a phenomenon, an object, or a substance whose size can be represented by a number and by a reference object.

Note 1. Quantities can refer to the amount of the general concept or a specific amount. The general concept of the amount of such as length, energy, charge, resistance, the concentration of the substance; a specific amount of a long rod Degrees, the resistance of a wire, a sample of ethanol concentration.
