Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009:

This standard replaces YC/T 396-2011 "Evaluation Standards for Green Workshops in the Tobacco Industry": Compared with YC/T 396-2011, except for editability the main technical changes are as follows:
