This part is the 14th part of YC/T 10.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces YC/T 10.14-2006 "Electrical Control System for General Technical Conditions of Tobacco Machinery", and YC/T 10.14-Compared with 2006, the main technical changes except editorial changes are as follows.

--- Removed the contents of "Electrical Installation" (see 3.5 of 2006 edition);

--- Change the "speed change rate, speed ratio and steady speed accuracy" to "electrical performance index", and its contents have been modified accordingly (see 3.6.3, 3.6.3 of the 2006 edition);

--- Change "anti-shock protection" to "electric shock protection", and its contents have been modified accordingly (see 3.7.2, 2006 version 3.7.2);

---Modified the contents of "interval and creepage distance" (see 3.7.3, 3.7.3 of 2006 edition);

--- Change the "continuity test of protective grounding circuit" to "continuity test of protective coupling circuit", and its contents have been repaired accordingly.

Change (see 4.5, 4.5 of the 2006 edition);

--- Change the "motor speed control test" to "electrical performance test", and its contents have been modified accordingly (see 4.10, 2006 edition) 4.10).

This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee Smoke Machine Subcommittee (SAC/TC144/SC3).

1 Scope

This part of YC/T 10 specifies the general technical requirements and test methods of the electrical control system (hereinafter referred to as the electronic control system) in tobacco machinery.

Law, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage.

This section applies to the design, manufacture, testing and acceptance of tobacco machinery electronic control systems.

Note. The term "electrical" in this section includes both electrical and electronic aspects (eg, electrical equipment refers to electrical equipment and electronic equipment).
