Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles of high standard basic farmland construction, goals, construction conditions, construction content and technical standards, construction process Order, public participation, land ownership adjustment, information construction and file management, performance evaluation and so on.

3 Terms and definitions
