5.2 Radiated emission
5.2.1 Test method
In the frequency range of 0.15 MHz to 2 500 MHz, refer to the method specified in the GB/T 18655-2018 standard.
5.2.2 Test status
EUT works in mode 1; if EUT is in other working status, it should be clearly recorded in the test plan.
If the EUT contains multiple units, the connecting wires between the units should use the connecting harness used on the original vehicle;
The length of the connection line between the Yuan and the artificial power supply network shall comply with the provisions of this standard. The wiring harness should be terminated according to actual conditions, with actual load and excitation.
Note. If the actual requirements cannot be met, a simulated load that can meet the actual load conditions and parameters can be used.
5.2.3 Test arrangement
Figure 5 is an example of the test layout of a logarithmic antenna during radiation emission testing when the fuel cell engine is integrated with DC/DC; rod antenna, biconical antenna
For the layout of the wire and horn antenna, refer to the test layout of the logarithmic antenna.
The three test positions (1), (2) and (3) of the antenna are marked in Figure 5.Among them, position (1) is the center of the harness of 7 and 25; position (2) is 1 and 25 and the center of the harness; position (3) is the center of 1.When testing rod antenna, biconical antenna and logarithmic antenna, position (1), position (2) and position (3) are all required Carry out the test; when testing the horn antenna, test position (2) and position (3).
Figure 6 is an example of the test layout of the logarithmic antenna when only the fuel cell engine radiation emission test; rod antenna, biconical antenna, horn antenna
Refer to the test layout of the logarithmic antenna for the wire layout.
Two test positions (1) and (2) of the antenna are marked in Figure 6.Among them, position (1) is the center of harness 1 and 7; position (2) is the center of 1.Baton when testing antennas, biconical antennas, and logarithmic antennas, both positions (1) and (2) need to be tested; when testing horn antennas, only test position (2).
Figure 7 shows the layout of the radiation emission test with the LV harness in the back and the HV harness in the front, taking the fuel cell engine as an example.
The shielding configuration should be arranged according to the actual situation of the vehicle. Generally, all shielded HV components should be grounded normally with low impedance (such as AN, cables, Connectors, etc.). Both the EUT and the load should be grounded. The outdoor HV power supply should be connected via feedthrough filtering.
Unless otherwise specified, the length of the LV harness parallel to the front end of the ground plane is specified as follows. The harness length between 7 and 25 is 1500 mm ±75 mm; the harness length between 1 and 25 is 1000 mm ±75 mm; the distance between 26 and 1 is at least 1000 mm. Parallel to the front of the ground the length of the HV harness is specified as follows. the length of the harness between 7 and 25 is 1500 mm±75 mm; the length of the harness between 1 and 25 is 1000 mm ±75 mm. The distance between the HV test harness and the LV test harness should be mm.
All wiring harnesses should be placed on non-conductive, low relative permittivity () materials, 50 mm ± 5 mm above the ground plane position.
The HV positive power cord and the HV negative power cord can be a single coaxial shielded cable or share the same shielding layer. It is recommended to use the original vehicle Install HV wiring harness.
Unless otherwise specified, the EUT housing shall be connected to the ground plane directly or through a specified impedance.
In order to avoid the influence of environmental noise, environmental noise test should be carried out before the test. The environmental noise level should be at least 6 dB below the limit.
5.2.4 Test requirements
The measurement should be carried out in a shielded room equipped with absorbing materials, and the frequency range is 0.15 MHz to 2 500 MHz.
0.15 MHz~30 MHz only test in the vertical polarization direction; 30 MHz~2 500 MHz should be tested in the vertical polarization and horizontal polarization of the antenna respectively.
Measure under chemistry.
The spectrum analyzer or scanning receiver can be used for measurement, and the measurement parameters should be set in accordance with GB/T 18655-2018.
