6.2 Rice samples with low water content
Take about 500 g of the representative sample, pulverize it thoroughly with a grinder, and mix well. The sample is divided into two parts, put into a clean container, sealed, it should be marked and stored at room temperature.
7 Analysis steps
7.1 Sample extraction
7.1.1 Samples with high water content such as fruits and vegetables
Weigh 5 g (accurate to 0.01 g) uniform sample into a 50 mL centrifuge tube, add 15 mL acetonitrile (4.1), and then add 4 g chlorinated Sodium and anhydrous magnesium sulfate mixed powder (4.6), make the aqueous solution saturated, extract 1 min at high speed and homogenize, centrifuge at 3 000 r/min for 2 min, the acetonitrile layer was transferred to a 25 mL graduated glass test tube, the residue was extracted with 10 mL acetonitrile (4.1) again, and the extracts were combined.
Blow nitrogen to nearly 2 mL at 45°C and wait for purification.
7.1.2 Rice samples with low moisture content
Weigh 5 g (accurate to 0.01 g) of a uniform sample into a 50 mL centrifuge tube, add 6 mL of water, vortex for 2 minutes, and then add 15 mL Acetonitrile (4.1), then add 4 g of sodium chloride and anhydrous magnesium sulfate mixed powder (4.6) to make the aqueous solution saturated, and perform high-speed homogeneous extraction Centrifuge at 3 000 r/min for 1 min for 2 min, transfer the acetonitrile layer to a 25 mL graduated glass test tube, and use 10 mL acetonitrile for the residue (4.1) Repeat the extraction once and combine the extracts. Blow nitrogen to nearly 2 mL at 45°C and wait for purification.
7.2 Purification
Transfer the extract (7.1) to the amino solid phase extraction column (4.12), and make all the sample liquid pass through the solid phase extraction column at a flow rate of about 1d/s.
Then eluted with 8 mL acetonitrile (4.1) and drained the solid phase extraction column. Collect all the effluent in a 15 mL glass test tube.
Nearly dry, the residue is made up to 1.0 mL with acetonitrile (4.1). After vortexing and mixing, pass through a microporous membrane (4.13) for liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry Spectrometer determination.

7.3.3.1 Quantitative determination
Under the best working conditions of the instrument, sample the standard working solution, and draw the peak area as the ordinate and the concentration of the working solution as the abscissa.
Prepare a standard working curve, use the standard working curve to quantify the sample, the response value of the analyte in the sample solution should be measured by the instrument Within the linear range. Under the above instrument conditions, the reference retention time of chlorantraniliprole is 3.04 min; multi-reaction monitoring of standard solution for the (MRM) chromatogram, see Figure B.1 in Appendix B.
7.3.3.2 Qualitative determination
According to the above-mentioned measurement samples and standard solutions, the deviation between the retention time of the test substance in the sample and that of the matrix standard solution is Within ±2.5%; the relative abundance of the qualifier ion pair is compared with the relative abundance of the corresponding qualifier ion in the matrix standard solution with the same concentration.
By comparison, if the relative abundance deviation does not exceed the range specified in Table 2, it can be determined that the corresponding analyte exists in the sample.
7.3.4 Blank test
Except where no sample is added, the above measurement conditions and procedures are all carried out.
8 Calculation and expression of results
Calculate the residual amount of chlorantraniliprole in the sample according to formula (1).
X-Chlorantraniliprole residue in the sample, in milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg);
c-The concentration of chlorantraniliprole obtained from the standard working curve, in micrograms per milliliter (µg/mL);
c0-the concentration of chlorantraniliprole obtained in the blank test, in micrograms per milliliter (µg/mL);
V --The final volume of the sample solution, the unit is milliliters (mL);
m - The sample volume represented by the final sample solution, in grams (g).
Note. The calculation result should be deducted from the blank value, and the measurement result shall be expressed by the arithmetic mean of parallel determinations, and two significant digits shall be retained.
9 Method quantification limit and recovery rate
9.1 Limit of quantification
The limit of quantification of this method is 0.005 mg/kg.
9.2 Recovery rate
