SN/T 4669-2016 — This standard specifies the test method for open test boxes for the flame propagation resistance of suspended materials in textiles.

Under greater flame exposure conditions, or when used under different test conditions, this standard method should not be considered to characterize the ability of the material to be tested to resist flame propagation.

This standard applies to hanging fabrics or other materials used in curtains, decoration or other windows. It can be a single layer of fabric or is a multi-layer curtain or decoration, whether it is stitched or otherwise combined, the fabric weight is required to be no more than 700g/m2 (see Appendix A).
